Avocadog (sole proprietor — full name on request via hello@avocadog.store), a natural person operating under unregistered economic activity (unregistered economic activity) under art. 5 sec. 1 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law. No Polish NIP/VAT registration; no US business presence; bootstrap sales tax mode (no collection below state nexus thresholds).

What you're buying
Pet accessories — cooling mats, calming donut beds, slow feeder bowls, lick mats. Detailed specs, sizes, materials, and care info on each product page.
Total price
All prices in USD. Shipping shown at checkout: flat $4.90 in the lower 48, free over $79, $9.90 for AK / HI / US territories. No sales tax is collected at checkout (bootstrap mode). Some states require buyers to self-report consumer use tax on out-of-state purchases — check your state tax return.

FTC e-commerce protections
Under the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule:
- We must ship within the time stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated.
- If we cannot ship in time, we must notify you and offer a refund.
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancelled order.
- No fake or paid-for-positive reviews on this site.
- No hidden fees, no dark patterns at checkout, no subscription traps.

Defective goods (UCC implied warranty of merchantability)
If a product fails on arrival or within 30 days due to manufacturing defect, we replace at no cost. Email hello@avocadog.store with photos.
Privacy & state privacy law rights
Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Utah (UCPA) have specific rights including access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of sale / sharing / targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details and how to submit a request.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Site not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13.
Dispute resolution
Most issues are resolved by emailing hello@avocadog.store. For unresolved disputes, our Terms of Service include a binding arbitration clause (with a 30-day opt-out and a small-claims court carve-out for claims under $250). Governing law: State of Delaware, USA.
