Returns & refunds
30-day no-questions-asked returns. We pay the return label inside the lower 48.
1 · You have 30 days
From the moment you receive your parcel, you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees. No "must be unopened." If your pup tried it and it didn't work out, that's fine — send it back.
2 · How to return
Email orders@avocadog.store with your order number. We send you a pre-paid USPS return label within 1 business day. Stick it on the parcel, drop it at any USPS location, done.
3 · What we refund
- The full product price — refunded to your original payment method
- Original shipping — refunded if you return everything from the order
- Return shipping — we cover it inside the lower 48 (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: customer pays return shipping)
4 · How long until I see the refund?
Refunds processed within 10 business days after we receive the parcel back, in line with FTC requirements. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
5 · Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email a photo to orders@avocadog.store within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
6 · Items we cannot accept back
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items in a condition that prevents resale due to misuse (chewed beyond reasonable use, soaked, soiled beyond cleaning) — case-by-case, contact us
- Gift cards
7 · Order cancellations
You can cancel any time before the parcel ships (usually within 24h of order). Email orders@avocadog.store with your order number. Once shipped, treat it as a return.
8 · Exchanges
Easiest path: return the item for a refund, then place a new order. We don't currently offer direct exchanges because it's slower for everyone.
9 · Disputes
If we cannot resolve a return or refund issue by email, see the dispute resolution section in our Terms of Service (binding arbitration, governing law).
