All orders ship from our partner warehouse in California, USA. Domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) only — no customs, no international tracking limbo, no per-parcel duty.

📦 Tracking
Every order gets a tracking link the moment it's handed to USPS / UPS / FedEx — usually within 24h of you placing the order. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
If your parcel hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email orders@avocadog.store and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
🏝️ Where we don't ship
Currently US only — no Canada, no Mexico, no international. We may add Canada in late 2026. Sign up to the email list for updates.
📭 What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Take a photo within 14 days of delivery and email orders@avocadog.store. We send a replacement at no cost — usually no need to return the damaged item.
📋 Sales tax
We operate under bootstrap mode — no sales tax is collected at checkout. If your state requires consumer use tax on out-of-state purchases, that's between you and your state tax return. See Consumer rights for details.
