Track your order

Two ways to track your order:

1 · Use your shipping email

Every order gets a tracking link via email the moment it ships from our California warehouse — usually within 24h of you placing the order. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from orders@avocadog.store with subject "Your Avocadog order has shipped."

If you can't find it, search your email for "Avocadog" or "tracking."

2 · Look up your order here

Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see all your orders, tracking links, and delivery status:

📬 Tracking timeline

Stage What it means
Order placed Confirmation email sent. Warehouse picks within 24h on US business days.
Label created Tracking number generated. Carrier hasn't scanned yet — usually a few hours.
In transit Carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx) has the parcel. Updates every 1-2 days.
Out for delivery On the truck for today. Watch the porch.
Delivered Carrier marked delivered. If you don't see the parcel, check porch / mailbox / with neighbors first, then email orders@avocadog.store.

📭 Help, my parcel isn't moving

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days (8+ days for AK / HI / US territories), email orders@avocadog.store with your order number and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.

📦 Help, it says delivered but I don't have it

  1. Check your porch, mailbox, side gate, and with neighbors first — carriers occasionally mark delivered the moment they're on your block.
  2. Wait 24h — sometimes "delivered" comes a day before the actual delivery.
  3. Still nothing? Email orders@avocadog.store with your order number — we'll file a carrier trace and send a replacement at no cost if the parcel doesn't surface within 7 days.
